Varied Thrush

Becky Bateman provided these photographs of a Varied Thrush, digiscoped by Bert Fisher using Becky's camera, on 14 Feb 2010 at Mebane, North Carolina. This bird was found by Steve Wedge in his yard the previous day. This is the third Varied Thrush to be photographed in North Carolina in the last two months; previously there was only one accepted record for the state. This bird was also photographed by Derb Carter.
