Mary Bridges found a Say's Phoebe 9 Jan 2007 at the O'Berry Center outside Goldsboro, Wayne Co., NC, about the fifth state record. The bird was seen by numerous observers and John Ennis , Kent Fiala , and Michael McCloy contributed photographs.
