Varied Thrush

Lorene Gudger photographed this Varied Thrush on 1 Feb 2010 in Fletcher, North Carolina. The bird has so far not been seen again.

This is only the third record of Varied Thrush in North Carolina, and only the second one to be photographed, the first photograph having been taken only a month earlier.
