Jeff Lewis photographed this MacGillivray's Warbler on 1 Jan 2008 at Mattamuskeet National Wildlife Refuge, North Carolina. The bird was discovered by Ricky Davis on the 29 Dec 2007 Christmas Bird Count. The bird is in an area closed to the public; special entry permission was obtained for the CBC and for the follow-up photography.
