From the west: Go to the intersection of US 176 and SC 213 just south of Pomaria. Here go east on SC 213 for about 2 miles. Here turn left (north) onto Road 28, Broad River Road. You will find two small parks along Road 28, one about 3 miles north and the other about 7 miles north of SC 213.
From the east: Go to the intersection of SC 215 and SC 213 in Jenkinsville. Go west on SC 213. In about 5 miles turn right (north) onto Road 28, Broad River Road. You will find two small parks along Road 28, one about 3 miles north and the other about 7 miles north of SC 213.

Canada Goose, Wild Turkey, Common Loon, Pied-billed Grebe, Double-crested Cormorant, Anhinga (s), Osprey (s), Bald Eagle, Spotted Sandpiper (spring and fall), Bonaparte’s Gull (s), Purple Martin (s), Cliff Swallow (s)

There are two small lakeside parks with toilets and boat ramps. Cliff Swallows breed until the bridges. Rarities seen here include a Common Merganser.
