Shelley Rutkin photographed this Sharp-shinned Hawk on 15 Feb 2010 at Winston-Salem, North Carolina. In this photo you can see an infrequently observed field mark: the skin of the supraorbital ridge is yellow (gray in Cooper's Hawk).
